About Us

Life Well Link is an information and support centre that helps anyone who has been affected by a serious illness, be it patient, family member or friend. We are based in Arden Street, Stratford upon Avon in the Stratford Health care building, above the coffee shop.

We provide up to date, quality information and support in a relaxed, non clinical, welcoming environment.

Our service was developed and is funded by The Shakespeare Hospice.
