Hello and welcome to our Fundraising Pages.

We aim to make the small changes that can make a big difference to people's lives. Like listening to a person's worries, whether they are the Carer, the brother, the daughter, the friend or the person who has just found out that they have a serious illness. What ever the worry, we have experienced staff to listen to your worries and when necessary "signpost" you on your journey.

This excellent service costs in the region of £110,000 per year. As we get no statutory funding for Life Well Link, we will be relying on the generosity of individuals, trusts, companies and groups in the local community. Stratford-on-Avon District Council has kindly donated £8,395 towards the capital costs of setting up Life Well Link.
